ABOUT

Creativity has been a big piece of my life growing up. I have always embraced my creative side when creating spaces, I live in and things that I wear. Whether it is painting a new piece to go on my bedroom wall or designing jewelry for everyday wear.

The mountains are something that influences my creativity. My artwork takes unordinary things and puts them in the mountains. I am a maximalist in my everyday life, and this translates to my art. It is busy and fun.

I do not have much traditional education in art. Almost everything I have done with art has been self-taught. I make this art though to make a world in my head come to life. My predominant medium has been acrylic paints and I approach art not in a specific way. Often I have no idea what I am making until it's done.

My art says that I like to have fun and be surrounded by the most spectacular things in life. It shows how messy yet put together someone’s life can be. I show this by having an organized mess. Nothing is symmetrical and nothing quite makes sense where it is. Where something is not supposed to be is exactly where I want it.
